About the role
LOFT creates modern, feminine, versatile clothing for women with one common style goal: to look and feel confident wherever the day takes them. We empower women to find their authentic self-expression because feeling like yourself is always in style. We are opening a brand-new store in Copley Place in July 2024 and are looking to hire an amazing team to bring this new store to life.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in finding the perfect fit and style.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Organize and restock merchandise as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of fashion trends and styles.
