About the role

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial building services
• Offer mechanical engineering and HVAC maintenance services
• Support restoration services for water damage, fire damage, and mold remediation

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in building maintenance or related field preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting and climbing

Pay

• Part-time Custodian: $18.00 - 22.00 per hour
• Full-time Maintenance Technician: $20.00 to $26.00 per hour
