Responsibilities
- Perform janitorial building services
- Offer mechanical engineering and HVAC maintenance services
- Support restoration services for water damage, fire damage, and mold remediation
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in building maintenance or related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting and climbing
