About the role

Ann Taylor is opening a new store in The Shops at Valley Square in March 2025 and is seeking to hire Sales Associates, Stock Associates, Sales Leads, and an Assistant Manager.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find products that meet their needs and preferences
• Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained
• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service
• Assist with store operations and customer service tasks
• Follow company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Customer service experience preferred but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings

• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
