About the role
We are currently seeking skilled Mainline and Lube Technicians to help maintain and repair a wide variety of vehicles at Crain Ford of Jacksonville.
Mainline Technician Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Perform comprehensive maintenance and repair tasks on various vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
- Collaborate with the service team to provide exceptional customer service and clear communication regarding repairs needed.
Sign-on Bonus up to $5,000 depending on experience level.
Lube Technician Responsibilities
- Conduct routine oil changes and fluid checks, ensuring vehicles run smoothly.
- Perform basic maintenance services, including tire rotations and brake inspections.
- Assist with more complex repairs as needed and maintain a clean working environment.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience as an Automotive Technician (Mainline or Lube).
- ASE certification is a plus but not required.
- Strong diagnostic skills and familiarity with automotive repair tools and equipment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
