About the role

We’re opening a brand-new store in Albertville Premium Outlets in April 2026 and we are looking to hire an amazing team to bring this new store to life. We’re hiring Sales Associates, Stock Associates, Sales Leads, and an Assistant Manager.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and help them find products they love.
• Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels according to store policies.
• Assist in training and mentoring new associates.
• Manage stock levels and ensure product availability.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
