About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of student housing communities
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance student satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Oversee maintenance and repairs to ensure safe and comfortable living environments
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, staff, and external partners
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the company through strategic initiatives and partnerships

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., real estate, business, or housing)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in student housing operations or a related field
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
