About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our dynamic team as a [Job Title]. This role will play a critical role in supporting our mission to translate extraordinary science into everyday miracles.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and execution of nucleic acid production protocols
• Perform biologics safety testing to ensure product quality and compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project timelines and milestones
• Stay current with industry trends and regulatory requirements
• Support the training and development of new team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant laboratory experience
• Strong knowledge of nucleic acid chemistry and biologics safety testing techniques
• Experience with laboratory equipment and instrumentation
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cGMP and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
• Experience with molecular biology techniques such as PCR, DNA/RNA extraction, and gel electrophoresis
• Experience with automated liquid handling systems and robotics
• Experience with data management and analysis software

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to travel as needed
