Oak Tree Education Consulting is a professional consulting firm specializing in strategic talent acquisition, organizational development, and workforce solutions for education, nonprofit, and senior living organizations across the San Diego and Phoenix markets. We don't do transactional recruiting. Instead, we build deep consulting partnerships with mission-driven organizations, becoming trusted advisors on talent strategy, organizational culture, and sustainable hiring practices.
