Immersion Weekend
Mountain Muskox is offering a FREE 2-day immersion weekend on October 3rd & 4th, 2026 in the Bow Valley. The theme is "Letting the Body Lead – exploring the innate healing capacity of our own bodies and how to support our body's capacity for repair."
This year's facilitators are Jody Radtke (RCC) and Sydney Badger (RCC, SEP), with Bow Valley local guest facilitators Nicola Mosley and Kristin Slagorsky.

Our monthly circles are offered to participants FREE of charge. Your support helps keep our offerings available to the mountain community.
