About the Role
OnSite Employer Testing coordinates mobile collection services for employers, healthcare providers, attorneys, and government agencies across the United States. We work with independent 1099 collection professionals — DOT collectors, breath alcohol technicians (BAT), mobile phlebotomists, forensic DNA collectors, and healthcare workers — who perform professional specimen collections in their local markets.
This opportunity is open to both credentialed professionals and those willing to obtain certification. We provide training pathways for candidates who need credentials.

- Breath Alcohol Testing (BAT): Certified breath alcohol testing for employer programs
- Post-Accident Testing: Rapid-response collections following workplace incidents
- Reasonable Suspicion Testing: Workplace testing based on employer protocols
- Return-to-Duty Testing: Compliance testing for return-to-duty and follow-up requirements
- Mobile Phlebotomy: Blood collection services at employer locations

Requirements
Strong candidates bring experience in specimen collection, drug testing, phlebotomy, forensic DNA collection, or related healthcare services. Certification is not required to apply — we can help you obtain credentials through approved training pathways.
