About the role

We are seeking a content collaborator to work with John Adams, an award-winning dad blogger behind DadBlogUK. John transitioned from a career in PR and communications to full-time parenting in 2011, documenting his journey through blogging. His work covers a wide range of topics, from childcare and education to family lifestyle and advocacy for flexible working.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with John on blog content creation, including research, writing, and editing.
• Assist in managing partnerships with brands such as Apple, Citroën, Marks & Spencer, Netgear, and Microban.
• Support media engagements, including TV and radio appearances, by preparing talking points and background materials.
• Help coordinate and promote advocacy initiatives, such as campaigns for flexible working and better access for parents and carers.
• Contribute to social media strategy and content planning to grow audience engagement.

Requirements

• Experience in content creation, blogging, or digital media.
• Strong writing, editing, and research skills.
• Familiarity with family, parenting, or lifestyle topics.
