About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our product roadmap for our innovative SaaS platform. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer success, to define and deliver high-impact features that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of product features.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers, their needs, and the competitive landscape.
- Create and manage product requirements documents (PRDs), user stories, and other artifacts to guide development.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Work with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support product launches.
- Act as the voice of the customer within the company, advocating for their needs and ensuring their feedback is incorporated into product decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products to inform product strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing SaaS products.
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and experience working with engineering teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools to inform product decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically while also being hands-on and detail-oriented.
- Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Aha!, or Productboard.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
