About the role

We are seeking skilled carpenters, lead carpenters, and project foremen to join our growing team. Ideal candidates are experienced in residential remodeling, home additions, and exterior construction, with a commitment to quality, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or lead small crews. This is a full-time, hands-on role with opportunities for long-term growth in a company that values craftsmanship and integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Execute carpentry work for bathroom remodels, home additions, flooring installations, fencing, pergolas, patio covers, and pavilions
  • Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and project specifications
  • Measure, cut, shape, and install wood, composite, and other materials with precision
  • Install cabinets, trim, doors, windows, and hardware
  • Frame walls, roofs, and structural components for additions and remodels
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members
  • Ensure work meets company standards for quality, durability, and aesthetics
  • Lead small crews, delegate tasks, and oversee daily progress (for lead/foreman roles)
  • Troubleshoot construction challenges and propose practical solutions

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional carpentry experience in residential construction or remodeling
  • Proficiency in framing, finish carpentry, and exterior construction
  • Experience with bathroom remodels, home additions, and outdoor living projects (e.g., pergolas, patio covers)
  • Ability to read and follow blueprints, sketches, and material lists
  • Strong knowledge of building codes and best practices
  • Ownership of basic hand tools and power tools (table saw, miter saw, nail guns, etc.)
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites across the DFW area
  • Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and professionalism
