About the role
Teach academic, debate and exam-prep English programs (IELTS, SAT, Cambridge, Debate, etc.), train talented students for competitions and international scholarship goals, prepare lessons, develop academic materials, and contribute to curriculum design. Monitor student progress and provide personalized academic advice. Participate in professional development, workshops, and internal training.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in English Language Teaching, TESOL, Education, or related fields
- International teaching certificates or high proficiency scores (IELTS ≥ 8.0 or equivalent) preferred for non-native speakers
- Experience with gifted students or competitive exams is a strong advantage
- Strong communication, classroom management, and teamwork skills
- Passion for education and continuous self-improvement
