About the role

High Concrete Group in Springboro, Ohio is hosting a Job Fair on Saturday, September 20th from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm. Candidates can apply ahead of time to skip the onsite application line. The event includes live facility tours, onsite interviews, and an opportunity to learn about High Concrete Group. Positions are available for entry‑level, semi‑skilled, and skilled roles on 1st and 2nd shifts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Flexibility to work a schedule with no defined end time, based on work volume
• Prior concrete and/or construction experience preferred
• Basic math and precise measurement skills needed
• Familiarity to read blueprints desired
• Ability to use and operate various hand tools (e.g., hammer, nail gun, circular saw)
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team environment

Pay

• Safety Sensitive Concrete Production Workers – $23/hour (8 AM & 11 AM shifts)
• Safety Sensitive Form Builder – $24/hour (7 AM shift)
• Safety Sensitive Maintenance Mechanics – rate determined by relevant skillset (6 AM & 11 AM shifts)
• Safety Sensitive Yard Jockey CDL A – rate determined by relevant skillset (11 AM shift)

Schedule

• Positions available on 1st and 2nd shifts
• Concrete Production Workers: 8 AM and 11 AM shifts
• Maintenance Mechanics: 6 AM and 11 AM shifts
• Yard Jockey CDL A: 11 AM shift
• Form Builder: 7 AM shift
• Flexibility to work a schedule with no defined end time based on work volume is required
