Responsibilities

• Become a machine operator and operate state of the art CNC machinery.
• Receive incoming frames and orders to start our manufacturing process.
• Ship lenses and frames to multiple locations across the United States.
• Operate state of the art equipment in thin film coating processes.
• Assemble multiple types of frames using hand tools.
• Learn multiple processes for different lens types and manufacturers.
• Learn quality control process.
• Work safely and quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Learn job skills that last a lifetime and cross train in additional areas around the lab.

Requirements

• Be 18 years or older +
• Be a team player with a positive attitude who strives to perform at your best daily.
• Have attention to detail, accuracy, repetition, and fine motor skills.
• Be able to stand for most of your shift and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach throughout your shift.
• Have the ability to occasionally lift up to 25lbs.

Qualifications

• Full time positions needed for first shift and second shift and Third Shift to fit your schedule and include a $2.00 shift differential for second shift (1:30pm-10pm).

Pay

• The anticipated base salary range for this position is $15.50 to $17.50 per hour.

Schedule

• 1st shift Monday-Friday 4:45am-1:15pm
• 2nd shift Monday-Friday 1:30pm-10pm
