About the role

City Cruises New York is currently looking for energetic, guest-minded professionals with both recent and relevant experience for the following positions:

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle food and beverage orders efficiently.
• Assist with table setting and clearing.
• Manage inventory and replenish supplies as needed.
• Participate in nightly staff meetings to discuss performance and training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Knowledge of basic food and beverage service procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay

Hourly wage range: $15 - $20 per hour.

Schedule

Shifts are typically 4 hours long, Monday through Friday, with potential for evening and weekend work.
