Job Summary

Participate on the ground floor of this program at a 425-bed regional referral center. The opportunity includes 7.5 weeks of paid time off and a $100,000 sign-on bonus. The role is 80% medical oncology and 20% hematology.

About the Program

The cancer center is valued at $40M and spans 35,000 square feet with 18 exam rooms, an infusion room with 32 chairs, a retail pharmacy, a full laboratory, and a clinical research area. It serves a catchment area of over 350,000 people with no competition.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:3 call availability for phone consults
• Engage in clinical research and trials
• Work in a state-of-the-art facility equipped with EPIC EMR and Abridge
• Contribute to a vibrant community with access to metropolitan amenities, public and private schools, and recreational activities

Requirements

• MD/DO degree
• Board certification in Hematology/Oncology
• Experience in both hematology and medical oncology preferred

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passionate about patient care and clinical research
