Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients via phone and email
- Document and troubleshoot issues related to phone systems and CRM integrations
- Train clients on using the new system and its features
- Collaborate with the sales team to address client inquiries and concerns
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in technical support or customer service
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Experience with CRM systems and VoIP technology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
