Job Coach-Vocational Rehabilitation

About the role

We are seeking an Employment Specialist (Job Coach) to support individuals with disabilities in achieving and sustaining meaningful employment.

Responsibilities

• Support a caseload of individuals in reaching their employment goals
• Develop relationships with local employers and create job opportunities
• Provide hands-on job coaching, training, and ongoing support
• Match employer needs with client strengths for long-term success
• Conduct assessments and community-based job evaluations
• Track progress, maintain reports, and collaborate with community partners
• Stay alongside clients during training and gradually reduce support as they gain independence

• Flexible schedule (some evenings/weekends as needed)
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and clean background

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, databases, email)
• Willingness to complete required trainings (CPR/First Aid, HIPAA, etc.)
