JOB COACH (Pre-ETS)

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive pre-placement and placement support services
• Including, but not limited to: skills training at the job site, task analysis, situational assessments, social integration, and travel training

Qualifications & Education

• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience working with adolescents or adults with disabilities through job coaching, job development, or other business experience preferred
• Ability to travel locally is a must
