Job Coach - Direct Support Professional

The role of Job Coach, Supported Employment is designed to support individuals with disabilities in finding and maintaining employment. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a passion for helping others, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess individual needs and develop customized employment plans
• Provide guidance and support in job search activities
• Facilitate job placement and assist with onboarding processes
• Monitor progress and adjust support strategies as needed
• Maintain regular communication with employers and clients

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in disability services or human resources
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

Salary range: $45,000 - $55,000 annually

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
