At Crossroads Care Richmond & Kingston upon Thames, Care Support Workers (CSW) play a crucial role in assisting or substituting the primary caregiver within the home environment. They provide practical support to both the carer and the individual receiving care. Responsibilities

• Assist or substitute the primary caregiver within the home environment
• Provide practical support to both the carer and the individual receiving care
• Perform personal care tasks as assigned
• Engage individuals in social activities
• Carry out light domestic duties as required

Pay

• £12.30 basic
• £12.73 evening
• £13.90 weekends
