Top Five Responsibilities

• Ensure the entire design product is organized according to ACI Boland’s standards and clearly delineates the materials and design intents developed with the Owner and design team.
• Ensures the design deliverable maintains connection to the production schedule authored by the project manager and principal in charge.
• Acts as day to day connection between ACI Boland design team and any out of house consultant team on the project. Coordinates all communications and information exchanges between same.
• Led and coordinates response to directives and markups provided by the quality assurance and quality control reviewers promptly and completely.
• Supports the PM during construction administration, including responding to shop submittals in a timely fashion (as requested) and producing construction drawing directives as required by the work when assigned.
