Responsibilities

• Design and manage sustainable building projects
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality design solutions
• Lead project management efforts, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints
• Contribute to the development of innovative architectural concepts
• Engage with clients to understand project requirements and provide strategic guidance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architecture
• Professional Architect License preferred
• Strong understanding of sustainable design principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software
• Experience with green building standards and certifications (LEED, WELL, etc.)
• Knowledge of construction documents and specifications
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
