JHH IMC/PCU RN Contract/PRN (Intrastaff)

Responsibilities

• Directing and managing other team members to ensure quality, safety, and excellence in care.
• Collaborating with and leading a multidisciplinary health care team to support program initiatives.
• Participating in and promoting improvement initiatives related to clinical, financial, and operational areas.
• Implementing initiatives in the area of specialty as directed by nursing and medical leadership.
• Fostering a clinical environment focused on service excellence.

Requirements

• Current registered nurse license in the state of Maryland, or licensed in a compact state.
• Current BLS certification, ACLS preferred.
• 2 years of recent IMC/PCU experience.

Benefits

• PRN rate: $55/hr
• Contract rates: $60-65/hr (PM & rotating shifts available)
