JH Bayview Medical Center Burn ICU Long-Term Assignment (Intrastaff)

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and coordinate care by providing evidence-based care based on the nursing process, policies, procedures, and protocols of the Johns Hopkins Health System.
• Provide direction to and management of other team members to promote quality, safety, and excellence in care.
• Work collaboratively with, and provide leadership for, a multidisciplinary health care team to support program initiatives that ensure quality, safety, and excellence in care.
• Participate in promoting improvement initiatives (clinical, financial, operational) that support, protect, and promote the area of specialty.
• Implement initiatives in the area of specialty as directed by nursing and medical leadership.
• Foster a clinical environment of service excellence.

Requirements

• Current registered nurse license in the state of Maryland, or licensed in a compact state.
• Current AHA BLS & ACLS certification.
• 2 years of recent ICU experience.

Pay

$65/hr
