Jewelry Stylist (Part-time)

About the role

The Jewelry Stylist role at Brilliant Earth provides an exceptional experience for every customer. Team members assist in finding the perfect jewelry match from our luxury product line, guiding customers through purchasing decisions and creating memorable, personalized experiences.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Service: Utilize sales strategies and problem-solving techniques to assist customers, manage high volume of leads, and provide sales assistance through live chats and phone calls.
• Guide customers to purchase, focusing on a luxury customer experience.
• Create memorable experiences for each customer through post-sale appointments and handling returns, exchanges, and re-sizing requests.
• Manage showroom appearance, cleanliness, and organization, including executing new product merchandising guidelines.
• Enforce policies within the waiting room to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all guests, and ensure product security.
• Open and/or close the showroom and waiting area.

Requirements

• A passion for the customer and a drive to exceed sales targets.
• A master of communication and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of jewelry products and industry trends.

• Product knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, and fine jewelry.
