Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients through personalized consultations, both in person and virtually.
  • Demonstrate jewelry and diamonds, provide education, and guide clients through selection and purchase decisions.
  • Follow up with clients to close sales and deliver a high-touch customer experience.
  • Manage a pipeline of leads, maintain appointment calendars, and nurture ongoing client relationships.
  • Support company growth through strong sales performance and consistent clienteling.
  • Collaborate with showroom, virtual sales, marketing, and product teams on custom projects, launches, events, and activations.
  • Share customer trends and product feedback to help improve the overall client experience.

Requirements

  • Proven success closing sales in a high-volume retail or e-commerce environment.
  • Mandatory experience selling diamonds.
  • Strong jewelry background; Certified Gemologist credentials preferred.
  • Independent, motivated, and highly organized.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Positive, patient, and service-oriented approach.
  • Comfort with technology and working across virtual and in-person settings.
  • Availability to work a non-traditional schedule, including every Saturday and Sunday.
  • Mandarin language skills are a plus.
