Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients through personalized consultations, both in person and virtually.
- Demonstrate jewelry and diamonds, provide education, and guide clients through selection and purchase decisions.
- Follow up with clients to close sales and deliver a high-touch customer experience.
- Manage a pipeline of leads, maintain appointment calendars, and nurture ongoing client relationships.
- Support company growth through strong sales performance and consistent clienteling.
- Collaborate with showroom, virtual sales, marketing, and product teams on custom projects, launches, events, and activations.
- Share customer trends and product feedback to help improve the overall client experience.
Requirements
- Proven success closing sales in a high-volume retail or e-commerce environment.
- Mandatory experience selling diamonds.
- Strong jewelry background; Certified Gemologist credentials preferred.
- Independent, motivated, and highly organized.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Positive, patient, and service-oriented approach.
- Comfort with technology and working across virtual and in-person settings.
- Availability to work a non-traditional schedule, including every Saturday and Sunday.
- Mandarin language skills are a plus.
