Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and learn about their needs and occasions.
• Recommend appropriate jewelry pieces and services.
• Understand and explain product features, quality, and care.
• Process sales transactions.
• Support store goals through effective retail selling techniques.
• Maintain merchandise displays and ensure the showroom is clean and inviting.
• Collaborate with store leadership and peers to meet sales targets and uphold Kay’s service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
• Customer Experience and Retail Sales abilities.
• Interest or foundational skills in Jewelry Design.
• Prior retail or hospitality experience (beneficial).
• Comfort working toward sales goals.
• Reliability in schedule adherence.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Willingness to learn about jewelry products, care, and industry standards.
