Roles And Responsibilities
- Operate high-pressure jetting equipment to clean pipes, sewers, and drainage systems.
- Operate Jetter truck and equipment in a safe and professional manner.
- Set up and inspect grounding and/or bonding procedures for Jetter Operation.
- Inspect and maintain jetting equipment to ensure optional performance and safety.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines during operations.
- Perform Pre and post trip inspections, as well as routine Maintence.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisor, and clients.
- Complete all required paperwork properly and within set time lines.
- Assist with other related tasks as needed.
Success Factors
- Knowledge of basic underground utilities.
- Skilled in Operating heavy equipment and machines proficiently and safely.
- Ability to use time and equipment to complete projects on time.
- Mapping and Print Reading.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with jetting equipment.
- Strong Communication Skills.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.
Experience And Education
- Valid State Driver License with clean driving record; CDL preferred.
- Previous experience as a Jetting Operator or in a similar role.
Additional Requirements/Licenses/Certifications
- Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid State of Residence Driver’s License is required within two weeks of employment.
- Candidates must pass criminal and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) background checks and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
