JETSET on the Mat Instructor - McCormick Ranch

Looking for an experienced JETSET on the Mat instructor to join our team at McCormick Ranch. We are seeking someone who is passionate about fitness and enjoys working with individuals of all levels.

About the role

• Lead group fitness classes in a dynamic and engaging manner
• Provide personalized attention to each participant
• Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all participants

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement class plans that align with JETSET’s mission and values
• Communicate effectively with participants to understand their fitness goals and preferences
• Adapt class plans based on participant feedback and performance
• Maintain a clean and organized studio space

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience
• Valid Arizona Driver’s License
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Pay
