About the role
The Building Services Engineer at Jesuit High School is responsible for ensuring that campus buildings meet the needs of both staff and students through the implementation and maintenance of various building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire and security alarms.
Responsibilities
- Manage campus Building Automation System (BAS) and utility services
- Schedule and coordinate special events
- Assist in Operation and Capital Projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant trade certification in Construction and/or Maintenance project management
- Strong electrical and/or mechanical skills
- Working knowledge of critical computer software such as Excel, Word, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet Search Engines, Bluebeam, Adobe Acrobat, etc.
Preferred Requirements
- Minimum three years of experience in related fields
- Certification as Electrical and/or Mechanical Technician or equivalent
- Degree in Building Services Engineering, Facilities Maintenance, Construction Management, or equivalent

Pay
The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 annually.
Schedule
The Building Services Engineer works a standard Monday through Friday schedule, typically from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
