About the role

As an Ambassador on ExplorJob, you share insights about your profession and company to help job seekers, professionals in transition, and students discover careers that align with their aspirations. You’ll engage with Explorers—individuals seeking to learn about the realities of your job, daily work life, and industry—by answering their questions and offering firsthand perspectives.

Our mission is to empower individuals to find fulfilling careers by providing access to real-world knowledge about professions, companies, and a supportive professional network. Your participation may even inspire an Explorer to apply to your company.

Responsibilities

• Respond to requests from Explorers by scheduling and conducting meetings (via video call or phone).
• Share details about your job, career path, daily responsibilities, and company culture.
• Provide guidance and answer questions to help Explorers gain clarity about their career choices.
