Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and maintaining high service standards
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets
• Participate in daily operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment, and store maintenance
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals
• Perform additional duties and projects as required

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail or a similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets preferred
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems
• Set weekly availability, including mornings, days, and nights, based on business needs
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as required
• Consistent punctuality and regular attendance
• Clear spoken English to effectively communicate with customers
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and basic math in English to handle business tasks and understand sales reports
• Must be at least 18 years or older (16+ in select states: AL, AZ, AR, CO, FL, GA, ID, IN, KS, KY, MD, ME, MN, MO, NC, NV, NH, NM, OH, OK, RI, SC, TN, TX, VA, WI, WY)

Physical Demands

• Prolonged standing (4–14 hours per day)
• Stooping, kneeling, reaching, and pulling to place or stock merchandise
• Climbing ladders or ascending/descending stairs to stock or retrieve merchandise
• Regularly lifting items weighing 5–25 lbs; occasionally heavier weights may be required
• Good vision, including color differentiation
• Work environment is a moderately noisy retail setting

Pay

Store Associate pay range: $15.92 per hour. Eligible for the company 401K plan.
