About the role

Under the general direction of the Supervising Administrative Law Judge, the Administrative Law Judge hears and decides judicial matters arising under the Labor Code and California Code of Regulations relating to workers’ compensation and related laws, and performs other related work within the Division of Workers' Compensation. The position is located at 3021 Reynolds Ranch Pkwy, Suite 130, Lodi, CA 95240, in an air‑conditioned office building with natural and artificial lighting and temperature control. Work may also be performed in private offices or court rooms, and the incumbent will work extensively on computers for drafting documents, conducting research, and email communication.

Responsibilities

• Hear and decide judicial matters arising under the Labor Code and California Code of Regulations relating to workers’ compensation and related laws.
• Perform other related work within the Division of Workers' Compensation.
• Work in private offices or court rooms as required.
• Use computers extensively for drafting documents, conducting research, drafting email communication, and related tasks.

Requirements

• Be reachable on an employment list, have transfer eligibility, or have reinstatement eligibility.

Pay

$10,588.00 - $15,263.00 per month
