About the Role

JBOD bakers produce quality just-baked products for guests. This entry-level position at Cafua Management Company prepares products according to Dunkin’ Brands operational and quality standards. Bakers work as part of a team to meet guests' needs and ensure repeat visits.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively in a team environment, communicating positively with team members and supervisors.
• Respond to coaching and feedback constructively.
• Follow Dunkin’ Brands and Cafua Management Company standards, recipes, and systems.
• Adhere to safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable laws.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Work weekends and holidays as required.
• Execute restaurant standards, marketing initiatives, and profitability goals.
• Prepare and deliver products according to brand standards using job aids when necessary.
• Understand and exceed guest expectations, needs, and requirements.
• Develop and maintain guest relationships.
• Set and maintain high personal and team standards; act as a role model.
• Consistently meet or exceed goals and contribute to overall team performance.
• Identify and resolve issues; make decisions using available information and include others when necessary.
• Build and maintain relationships with the team while operating with integrity and respect.

Requirements

• Fluent in English.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to operate restaurant equipment (must be 18 years or older).
• Must be able to stand for 6+ hours and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
