About the Role

JBOD bakers are responsible for producing quality just-baked products for our guests. This entry-level team member position prepares products according to Dunkin’ Brands operational and quality standards. Bakers work as part of a team to ensure we meet our guests' needs, giving them a reason to return.

Responsibilities

  • Work well with others respectfully and interact in a positive, efficient manner.
  • Respond positively to coaching and feedback.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
  • Learn and execute multiple tasks.
  • Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems.
  • Adhere to safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable laws.
  • Maintain a clean and neat work environment.
  • Work weekends and holidays as required.
  • Execute restaurant standards, Cafua Management Company standards, and marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver all products according to Brand standards using job aids when necessary.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Able to operate restaurant equipment (must be 18 years or older).
  • Must be able to stand for 6+ hours and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
