Essential Functions
- Learns to operate and operates all equipment in the departments.
- Performs all phases of the mixing operation, including measuring and weighing processes, and reading and understanding batch tickets.
- Fills 20-40 pound bags with product and stacks them 25-50 bags per pallet.
- Lifts hot 25-pound loaves of bread from conveyor and places it on the racks.
- Lifts cool 25-pound loaves of bread from the racks and places bread on a conveyor to be ground down.
- Operates all department equipment as listed above.
- Performs department Sanitation as needed (Dry cleaning/Wet Washing).
- Performs other related duties as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent education, training or experience (GED)
- Required to lift and handle objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Mathematical and problem solving skills to successfully perform the job
