Detailed Itinerary

• Day 1: Arrive in Udaipur, where our team will greet you and arrange a comfortable transfer to Jawai. Check into your cozy lodge and soak in the serene atmosphere. Enjoy a delightful welcome dinner and prepare for the thrilling days ahead.
• Day 2: Kick-start your adventure with a sunrise safari, when leopards are most active. Explore Jawai's dramatic landscapes, home to an extraordinary mix of wildlife, including hyenas, crocodiles, and migratory birds. Return for a hearty breakfast and relax at the lodge. After lunch, embark on an afternoon safari for more wildlife encounters. As the sun sets, unwind with a cultural session and a traditional Rajasthani dinner.
• Day 3: Set out for another early morning safari, guided by experts who understand leopard movements. Capture stunning photographs of Jawai's rock formations and vast grasslands. Midday relaxation followed by an enriching cultural visit to a local Rabari village, where you can interact with the indigenous herders and learn about their traditions. Enjoy an evening safari, increasing your chances of witnessing leopards in their natural habitat.
• Day 4: One last sunrise safari to bid farewell to the wild cats of Jawai. Return to the lodge for breakfast, followed by check-out and a seamless transfer back to Udaipur airport.

Payment Terms

• 30% of the total tour cost is required to secure your spot. This deposit ensures your reservation is locked in.
• 70% of the total tour cost must be paid at least 60 days before the scheduled start date of the tour.
• 100% of the total tour cost is required at least 30 days before the start date of the tour.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate your needs. Please be aware of our cancellation and refund policy below:

• The 30% upfront deposit made towards securing your booking is non-refundable.
• 40% of the total tour cost will be refunded in the form of a credit note if notified between 60 to 30 days before the scheduled start date.
• Cancellation within less than 30 days of the tour start date or failure to show up will result in 100% of the tour cost being charged as a cancellation fee.
