Java Tech Lead – Backend (W2 Profiles only)Location: Raleigh, NC (Onsite)Experience: 10+ Years Job SummaryWe are looking for a Java Tech Lead – Backend with 10+ years of experience in designing and developing scalable enterprise backend applications and leading technical teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead backend development and provide technical guidance to the team.Design and develop scalable Java/Spring Boot microservices and REST APIs.Drive architecture, design, coding standards, and best practices.Conduct code reviews and mentor developers.Troubleshoot complex technical and production issues.Collaborate with architects, product teams, and DevOps teams.Required Skills10+ years of strong Java backend development experience.Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs.Strong knowledge of SQL, JPA/Hibernate, and databases.Experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ, Docker, and Kubernetes.Good understanding of AWS/Azure/GCP and CI/CD.Strong system design, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
