Responsibilities
- Support and maintain critical production applications and enhancement processes.
- Troubleshoot application, database, batch, and integration issues.
- Monitor daily batch processing and resolve production incidents.
- Analyze and resolve database performance issues.
- Perform root cause analysis for application failures and operational disruptions.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries, scripts, and automation solutions.
- Coordinate with business users, infrastructure teams, and vendors during incident resolution.
- Participate in application modernization initiatives, including Spring Boot upgrades and cloud migration efforts.
- Support CI/CD deployment activities across environments.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, operational runbooks, and support procedures.
- Participate in release planning, testing, and implementation activities.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement using AI and scripting technologies.

Pay
Salary Range: $90,000‑$100,000 a year
