Java Microservices Lead with AI knowledge

In the Technology Project Lead 1 role you will work with cutting‑edge AI technologies, collaborate with industry experts, and contribute to transformative projects across banking, wealth management, and insurance sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating smooth communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews
• Support the technical team in following SDLC processes, ensuring all deliverables align with client requirements and specifications
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations
• Contribute to the creation of project budgets that align with the scope, strategy, and key deliverables
• Identify scope alterations and new client requests, support in effort estimation, obtaining necessary approvals and securing client sign‑offs
• Proactive risk management to ensure uninterrupted delivery
• Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication
• Anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions
• Balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. Skills

• Required: Experience on Core Java and Spring MVC; Experience in Spring ecosystem; Good exposure of generative AI; Experience on REST API.
• Preferred: Experience in Microservices; Good knowledge on Cloud, containerization, Kafka, Kubernetes; Good concepts of databases (PL/SQL, MongoDB); Good knowledge on Docker configuration and setup.
