About the role
Candidate should be owning to end-to-end delivery with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Independently own user stories from requirement analysis through development, unit testing, peer reviews, integration testing, UAT, deployment, and post-production support.
- Design and develop scalable microservices, REST APIs, and cloud-native applications.
- Perform root cause analysis and production issue resolution with excellent troubleshooting skills.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in Full Stack Development using Java, Spring Boot, and modern web technologies.
- Strong understanding of secure coding practices, performance optimization, and enterprise application architecture.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with close collaboration across Product, QA, DevOps, and Architecture teams.
Skills
- Java, Spring Boot
- Modern web technologies
- AWS services: EC2, Lambda, ECS, S3, RDS, API Gateway
- CI/CD pipelines
- Containerization technologies: Docker and Kubernetes (preferred)
- Banking or Financial Services domain experience (highly desirable)
