Java Full Stack Engineer with Python and AWS

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient software solutions using Java and Python programming languages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical architectures, and implement solutions on AWS.
• Maintain and improve existing codebases, ensuring high-quality, reliable, and secure software systems.
• Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and contribute to the growth and development of the team.
• Work closely with QA teams to identify and resolve defects, ensuring timely releases and deployments.
• Analyze complex technical problems, develop creative solutions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
• Lead by example, mentoring junior engineers, and promoting a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and excellence.
• Contribute to the development of technical documentation, knowledge bases, and training materials.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in full-stack software engineering with proficiency in Java and Python programming languages.
• Experience building and scaling applications on AWS, including EC2, SNS, SQS, Lambda, and CloudWatch.
• Proficiency in Spring, Spring Boot, and Angular technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in Agile development environments.
• Able to lead by example, mentor junior engineers, and promote a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and test automation frameworks is a plus.

Technical Skills & Experience

• Java 8 and above, including Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Python 3 and above, including Django, Flask, and Pyramid.
• Full-stack development with expertise in front-end (Angular, React, or similar) and back-end (Java, Python, or similar) technologies.
• AWS services, including EC2, S3, DynamoDB, and Lambda.
• Containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Cloud-native applications and serverless architecture.
• CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar tools.
• Test automation frameworks, such as JUnit, PyUnit, or TestNG.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and test automation frameworks.
• Experience with GitLab, Terraform, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with cloud-native applications and serverless architecture.
• Excellent knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
