Java Full Stack Developer � React

About the role

We are looking for a strong Java Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, React, Oracle/PostgreSQL, and production automation. The position is based in Austin, TX (onsite) as a W2 contract.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java/Spring Boot applications focusing on security, data, and REST APIs.
• Build UI components using React, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Design and tune Oracle PL/SQL schemas and SQL; work with PostgreSQL.
• Create workflow, job, and automation systems.
• Integrate with ServiceNow or similar ITSM APIs.
• Implement Splunk searches, dashboards, and alerts.
• Write Linux/Shell scripts; use Ansible or similar for automation.
• Develop unit and integration tests within CI/CD pipelines.
• Handle scheduling, retries, idempotency, and rollback mechanisms.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Java/Spring Boot development.
• Strong React, JavaScript/TypeScript experience (3+ years).
• Oracle PL/SQL, schema design, SQL tuning & PostgreSQL experience.
• Experience building workflow/job/automation systems.
• ServiceNow or similar ITSM API integration.
• Splunk - searches, dashboards & alerts.
• Strong Linux/Shell scripting; Ansible or similar.
• Unit & integration testing with CI/CD.
• Experience with scheduling, retries, idempotency and rollback.

Nice to Have

• Temporal, Camunda, Rundeck/Airflow, JS7/JobScheduler, Kafka/Redis, Docker/Jenkins, OAuth2/OIDC, Vault/secret stores, D3, and network security.

Pay

$50-$55/hour on W2.
