Java Full Stack Developer

About the role

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers. Architect and design scalable, high-performance enterprise solutions. Drive strategic technical decisions for the NextGen High Scale Enterprise Platform. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an on-site setting. Ensure the delivery of high-quality, robust, and maintainable codebases.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, robust, and maintainable codebases.

Requirements

• Technical Skills:
  • Mandatory: Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, Azure, ReactJS, Redux
  • Good to have: Graph QL, Kubernetes integrations, Node js
• Experience:
  • 5 years hands on experience in Java development at enterprise scale (recent)
  • 3 years of recent React experience

Qualifications

• Programming skills in Java, React and Node, including object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and familiarity with Java frameworks
• Hands-on experience in developing Spring Boot applications, including dependency injection, ORM (Object-Relational Mapping), and REST API development
• Proficiency in building server-side applications using NodeJS, including creating RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous programming
• In-depth understanding of JavaScript fundamentals, including ES6+ features, data types, operators, and functional programming concepts
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud platform, including Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure SQL
• Strong knowledge and experience in developing front-end applications using ReactJS, including components, state management, and routing
• Strong problem-solving abilities, good communication (written & verbal) skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team
