Java Full stack Developer

Location: Cleveland, OH (Onsite)

About the Role

This position requires a lead developer who will act as a collaborator between the client and offshore team. Responsibilities include negotiating with clients during conflicting situations, effectively communicating customer requirements to the offshore team, and ensuring work delivery.

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in Java 20 legacy stack, including Servlets, JSP, and monolithic J2EE applications
• Production support and legacy system maintenance
• Advanced expertise in Core Java and Spring Boot Microservices
• Proficiency in writing optimized Oracle SQL queries
• Deep understanding of GoF enterprise design patterns
• Experience in legacy modernization, refactoring, re-architecture, and microservices migration
• Strong knowledge in multithreading, performance tuning, and scalability design
• Strong experience in Vue, React, TypeScript, Vite, Vitest, Node, and NPM
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience with component-based UI architecture and performance optimization
• Extensive experience in Oracle Database, SQL, PL/SQL, and stored procedures
• Strong expertise in data modeling, indexing strategies, and performance tuning
• Mandatory experience with Azure, including:
  • App Services
  • Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) for application hosting
  • Azure Functions and Logic Apps for serverless architecture
  • Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and repos
  • Azure Storage and Azure SQL integration with Oracle DB
• Experience in cloud-native design principles, 12-factor apps, scalability, and resiliency
• Exposure to migration of on-prem/legacy systems to Azure cloud
• Expertise in REST APIs, JSON/XML integration
• Experience with API gateways, orchestration, and integration patterns
• Experience with Git, Maven, Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes, preferably Azure AKS

The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations. Individual pay is determined by work location, job level, and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Depending on the position, other forms of compensation may include an annual performance-based bonus, sales incentive pay, and other forms of bonus or variable compensation.
