Java Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Java-based full stack applications with strong backend focus
• Build and maintain XML/XSLT transformation pipelines for dynamic content rendering
• Develop scalable RESTful services and microservices architecture
• Work on server-side frameworks such as Cocoon or similar XML-driven frameworks
• Design and implement data transformation workflows and templating systems
• Integrate with frontend layers (React / Angular) for content-driven UI delivery
• Ensure performance and scalability of transformation-heavy workloads
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end delivery

Requirements

• Required Skills:
  • Strong experience in Java full stack development
  • Strong background in enterprise application development and integration
  • Expertise in Java (Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices)
  • Hands-on experience with XML, XSLT, XSD, XPath
  • Experience with XML-based frameworks (Apache Cocoon or similar)
  • Strong understanding of data transformation and templating engines
  • Good experience with frontend technologies (React/Angular/JavaScript)
  • Experience with RDBMS (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and search systems (Elasticsearch)
  • Familiarity with event-driven architecture (Kafka/Event Hub, etc.)
• Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with legacy-modern transformation architectures (XML → API-based systems)
  • Exposure to content management systems (CMS) or publishing workflows
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform
  • Knowledge of performance tuning for transformation-heavy workloads
