Java Full Stack Developer

About the role

We are seeking a hands-on Java Full Stack Developer with 7-9 years of experience to architect, develop, and lead high-performance systems in the BFSI/brokerage domain.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy production-grade AWS environments using Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code best practices.
• Architect and develop high-performance Java Spring Boot APIs tailored for high-volume transaction processing.
• Optimize Kafka architectures to handle massive data throughput and real-time messaging for brokerage systems, including SNS and SQS.
• Manage AWS EKS clusters with a focus on advanced pod resiliency, auto-scaling, and high availability.
• Lead code quality initiatives using AI-assisted review tools and mentor senior engineering staff.
• Apply BFSI and brokerage knowledge to manage security data concepts (CUSIPs, tickers) and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Implement end-to-end testing using Cucumber, JEST, JUnit, and Mockito while maintaining system health via Datadog and Splunk.

Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency in AWS, Terraform, and Java Spring Boot.
• Deep expertise in Kafka, SNS, SQS, and Kubernetes (EKS).
• Advanced database and SQL skills.
• Proficiency in Cucumber, JEST, Datadog, and Splunk.
• Experience with BFSI/brokerage data (CUSIPs, tickers, security data concepts).
